Q: I hate how my arms keep waving after I stop!  What exercises do you recommend to strengthen and firm up the back of my arms?

A: PUSHUPS!!!!! These are the best exercise to build strength & tone.  Another favorite is an overhead tricep extension with a theraband (grey one preferably, as it's a good tension) or any resistance band you have. Depending on your current fitness level I would start with 3 sets of 12 for both exercises 4 times a week.

Q: What is the direct correlation between exercise and bone density?

A: When you exercise, you "stress" the bone, this creates osteoblasts (the bone cells that make new bone] which migrate to the bone, causing the bone to become more dense. Bones don't get larger, but they do get denser! The only one way to do this is though exercise (strength training). To my knowledge, there isn't another proven way. Exercise is very important to our bone density, especially as we get older & our bones begin to weaken where we can develop osteopenia or osteoporosis.
