FDA says the Daily recommened value: No more than 30% of your caloric intake should be from fat. No more than 10% of that should be saturated fat.

Q: I hate how my arms keep waving after I stop!  What exercises do you recommend to strengthen and firm up the back of my arms?

A: PUSHUPS!!!!! These are the best exercise to build strength & tone.  Another favorite is an overhead tricep extension with a theraband (grey one preferably, as it's a good tension) or any resistance band you have. Depending on your current fitness level I would start with 3 sets of 12 for both exercises 4 times a week.
