Q: I always eat out, how can I lose weight and eat out?

A: Why are you eating out all the time? Do your social plans revolve around food, your work or just lazy? I find that many clients’ social activities are planned around food.  If this is you, I say two things:

1. Think of food as more of a tool for survival.  Don't put too much emphasis on it.

2. Make a social gathering an activity i.e. like a bowling night, a card night or walking around to a local fair.

Get out of the same routine, "change the space" and focus more on your company than dining out. If your work requires you to eat meals out, I can work with you on an individual basis & coach you how to make smarter choices within your food menu's and coach you on the methods of give & takes, strategies for dining out so you can actually lose weight while continuing to eat out and coach you on food preparation.
