How frequent should I exercise?

Q: How frequent should I exercise?

A: I would prefer cardio, 3-5 times per week for 30-60 minutes depending if you have your doctor's permission to do so, and 2-3 times a week for strength depending on your goals.  For maintenance: strength training is ok 2 times a week: for weight loss/bone density issues, 3 -4 times is sufficient

Q: What vitamins do you think are helpful to take?

A: My opinion is vitamins- are very expensive pee! If you are thinking about adding vitamins to your regime, I 100% suggest consulting a physician first & having your blood work done. Your doctor will determine if you are deficient in anything & he will advise you if there is a need for supplements.  I am blown away with how many people intake so many vitamins on a daily basis & it's completely unnecessary. A good rule of thumb I have learned from many doctors; if you are taking vitamins and if your urine is neon yellow, chances are you have a surplus & your body doesn’t need them! Also, a note about calcium; please consult your doctor on this. So many people take calcium supplements in the form of 1000, or 1500 mg.  Note: your body can only absorb roughly 500 mg at a time, so do think about splitting your doses up, otherwise, again it's a big waste of your money.
